Prevents growth of mold, mildew, and other fungal organisms on the paint film and is for use on non-porous interior and exterior surfaces.

• Water-based formula binds chalky siding, masonry and metal
• Dries to the touch in 30 minutes and covers up to 450 sq ft

• For optimal protection, top coat within 72 hours of application
